Electricity Deregulation Update for PA and Overview of National Trends – The deregulated electricity marketplace is continuing to evolve in PA. Understanding the new structures is essential for evaluating electricity supply options and demand side initiatives. This program will discuss the recent market structure changes in DLCO and Penn Power as well as the upcoming changes in PPL and PECO and how it will impact end user’s choices and costs. Additionally an overview of the status of deregulation throughout the remainder of the US will also be provided so that participants can anticipate future potential shifts in policy in PA. This is a must attend meeting for those evaluating electricity supply options or demand side technologies.”
