Tour of Shirley and Dan Kemper’s Residence

New construction, 6800 square foot single family residence with attached heated garage. 12 ton geothermal, consisting of two six ton units, providing in floor radiant heat for full finished basement, in floor radiant heat for garage, domestic hot water and air conditioning.

Project includes all HVAC, radiant piping, sheet metal, owner provided trenching for loop field, and spray foam insulation.

Mr. Sankey has been actively engaged in Industrial, Institutional and Commercial energy conservation and control projects for over 30 years. His work experience includes over ten years of sales and management experience at Johnson Controls, the formation, growth and sale of a profitable independent controls and performance contracting company. He has performed over 300 industrial and commercial energy audits, and forensically reviewed over 100 performance contracts to accurately assess performance and / or construct damages models. Mr. Sankey has provided expert witness services in numerous failed performance contracts actions, in all cases with successful outcome.
