Deregulation in Pennsylvania
The eastern PA electricity market will be going through significant changes in 2010 and 2011 with the expiration of price rate caps in the PPL and PECO service territories.

Customers in these territories can expect changes in
both their electricity rates and how they procure electricity. Dave Grupp will explain these changes and what they mean to consumers. Actions consumers can take now, applicable to all PA markets, to take control of their electricity costs will also be discussed.
